Private Patients

Appointments will be available as usual in line with Public Health England Guidance.

NHS patients

We thank you for your patience and understanding.

We are  PRIORITISING those patients who have emergencies and whom are considered high dental risk adhereing to NHS England Guidelines

We are currently only providing NHS dental care to those patients who have attended since April 2018. This amounts to thousands of NHS patients and, comparatively, we have a very small NHS contract. Following NHS England guidelines and current demand we do not have the capacity to take on new NHS patients at this time, the first time in this practice's existence. We would advise you to call NHS 111 who can provide you with a dental practice with funding to see new emergency patients. Sorry for any inconvenience
Please note, if you have any swellings, lumps or ulcers that you have noticed and has been there for more than 3 weeks, please contact us immediately to make an appointment.

We are still seeing our NHS patient emergencies, so if you have any concerns contact the practice by email or phone and a dentist will triage your problem.

The phone lines may be very busy so you can email us with any problems or queries.

After careful consideration and with the safety of our staff in mind, we have changed our working day times to:

Monday to Thursdays 8am to 4pm, we will be closed for lunch between 12 and 1pm

Fridays 8am to 3pm, closed for lunch between 12.30 and 1pm

Patient journey

  • We have a new Patient Portal which will email reminders with access to forms, you will be able to Edit your details, update your medical history and confirm your Covid status.
  • We may ask for payments before appointments to encourage contactless engagement
  • We will ask you to come alone Only one adult accompanying one child at a time or a carer with a vulnerable person are the only exceptions and then we will ask them to wear masks.
  • Patients will be asked to wait outside the practice until they are invited in
  • Personal belongings will be left at reception
  • You will be asked to sanitise your hands prior to entering the surgery
  • Clinicians will be in full personal protective equipment therefore may look a little different to what you are used to.

We thank you in advance for your patience and look forward to welcoming you back.
